As founder and CEO of Global Round Table Leadership (GRTL), Lori is on her way to creating another world herself: one that takes a holistic and human approach to business. Inspired by her father’s humanistic leadership at work, Lori wondered why such practices were seldom seen in the business world. Her deep connection to nature, entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding of interconnected systems were grounds for what GRTL would become.
